We are hiring Project Scheduler to be based out at our project implementation at Little Rock, AR.
Job Type:
Fulltime
Location: Little Rock, AR

Responsibilities:
Coordinates with the project teams to develop Owners team schedules and high level overall project schedules.
Prepares and manages overall master project schedule integrating the project work breakdown structure using MS Project tool.
Develop planning activities, durations and logic.
Proactively engages with disciplines to establish schedules as well as identify and resolve issues.
Generates schedule reports and works with Project Controls on progress and resource reporting, monitoring and analyses. Reports and analyzes monthly deviations from plan.
Plan, organize, and supervise schedule resource loading and leveling
Identify critical paths including critical float path analysis.
Prepare Risk analysis report.
Evaluates allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.
Works closely with Project Controls for change management and corresponding impacts on project schedules as well as evaluation of earned value.
Support planning/project lead in conducting integrated planning reviews (IPRs).
Supports benchmarking activities.
Participates in project reviews, assurances and risk assessments.
Assists in development of planning procedures in conjunction with Planning Lead.
Prepares and issues updated project schedules.
Interface with Client on planning and work progress related issues.
Performs other duties as required.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business or other related discipline required and a minimum 10 years' planning experience, preferable in the oil and gas industry.
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills required.
Practical experience of operating Project Controls for planning aspects of projects.
MS Office (Power Point, Excel and Word) proficiency required.
MS Project proficiency required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Greet patients in polite, prompt & helpful manner. Provide necessary instructions and direction. 2. Use effectively the current operating system for Electronic Medical Records including appointment management and use of system for scheduling properly 8. Maintain adequate level of office supplies 9. Address questions in regards patient appointments 10. Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA laws and regulations 11. Manage daily tasks and clinical inbox 12. Answer and respond to referrals and voicemails 13. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Mental alertness and adaptability to office and field area work routines. Equivalent to four years high school or GED, with particular emphasis during high school in office skills, shop skills, or others, plus 0 to 6 months related experience or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
