MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an

organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education

Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of

Education (USDE). Major course work in Project Management,

Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information

Systems, or a related field preferred. Each year of experience

as described below in excess of the required years of data processing,

information technology, or management information systems experience

may be substituted for thirty semester hours from an accredited

college or university on a year-for-year basis.

2.Two years full-time, wage-earning information technology project

or process management experience

and

two years full-time, wage-earning data processing, information

technology, or management information systems experience

or

two years full-time, wage-earning general project or process

management experience

and

three years full-time, wage-earning data processing, information

technology, or management information systems experience.

3.Governmental program experience preferred.

4.Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the

Project Management Institute (PMI) preferred.

5.Certification in ITIL Version 3 Foundation preferred.

The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member) will

be $4,551.16.

The following Military Occupational Specialty codes are generally

applicable to this position. Applicants must fully complete the

summary of experience to determine if minimum qualifications are met.

A Project Management and Analysis aptitude test may be administered

as part of the selection process.

The Information Technology Division has only one position available.

This position may be located in either Huntsville or Bryan. Applicants
