Centric Consulting is hiring Project managers to lead client projects. We are looking for seasoned professionals looking to make an impact - both with clients and in their personal career.

This is for both full time and contract opportunities.

What You'll Do as a Project Manager

You will work closely with the client to translate project requirements into achievable deadlines, and ensure schedules and budgets stay on track using standard management methodology.

You will lead project team members, and provide ongoing feedback, supporting them in their efforts to meet project goals and create unmatched client experiences.

You will partner with our clients to identify and resolve issues, in a timely and transparent manner.

You will ensure project deliverables meet our Delivery Excellence expectations.

You will develop and communicate project plans, status reports, communication plans and other documents and presentations.

You will collaborate with Centric leadership and account managers, identifying ways to enhance client relationships and the internal Centric culture.

Consulting experience is strongly preferred. That said, you will also be considered if you have a strong industry background.

We want someone who likes to solve problems. Clients don't come to us when the problem is easy. You should enjoy taking on the hard stuff.

And because we work with clients, excellent communication skills are important both written and verbal. Translating technical concepts into layman's terms is an essential skill.

Initiative is important. We don't hand hold you should be comfortable working independently in an entrepreneurial environment.

That said, collaboration is equally important. Our National team and other consultants at Centric will give you an amazing support system. You will lean on them daily.

Related, you should be someone with the spirit of an educator and thus gets excited about mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Last, but not least, you will need to be solid Project Manager. We are looking for people with a track record of delivering successful projects in a consulting environment. Experience with a variety of methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative, etc) desirable.

JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES): * Manage open requisitions for designated areas * Conduct ongoing research to identify job boards, posting sites, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and other relevant associations to further drive the Lincoln Brand and build a talent pipeline * Follow established processes for sourcing candidates, including research of and participation in relevant community outreach events, job fairs, and social networking activities * Take responsibility for searching internet job boards and niche sites for appropriate candidates * Utilize recruitment tools and remote sourcing techniques to source top candidates * Develop and execute recruiting plans * Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees * Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates in advance of need * Execute diversity recruiting strategy for all requisitions and pipeline building activities * Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers; advise of recruiting policies & procedures * Project yearly recruitment expenditures for budgetary consideration & control * Manage OFCCP data management requirements * Work on department wide projects as assigned * Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, Recruiting BASIC REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or Communications preferred * Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in recruiting/HR, preferably in a global manufacturing environment * Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills * Ability to build and maintain superior relationships with internal and external clients at all levels * Ability to work effectively in teams * Advanced web searching skills and recruitment web site utilization skills * Excellent project management, written and oral communication skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word) * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible * Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions * Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, national origin, sex, protected veteran status or disability.
