Position Overview
STI-TEC is seeking Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER) Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support to accomplish Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations of service deployment certification events, or prerequisite training considered critical and mandatory prior to deployment to support a Combatant Command (CCMD). Support includes research on electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) issues, obtain relevant DOD documents, conduct studies and report the results thereof, analyze options, and develop specified documentation to assist with effectively and efficiently carrying out the JCER mission. Assist with applying scientific methods and techniques, evaluation planning, coordinating specifications related to computer software use cases and software demonstrations, operations research and systems analysis, program management expertise, and an understanding of multi-Service and Joint doctrine and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) to address the JCER focus areas.
Essential Job Function
Responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical/financial/logistical solutions and schedules in the specific delivery orders are implemented in a timely manner;
Serve as energy and water conservation monitor and advocates for each facility's future needs;
Prepare and submit products to leadership on risks, issues, and concerns
Ensure the dissemination of guidance based on the leadership strategy
Managing maintenance schedules, cost databases, and logistical requirements for facilities, daily activities, evaluation planning and execution
Handling routine upkeep/maintenance for multiple buildings and their surrounding areas; to include making minor repairs prior to submitting a work order, assist in completion of self-help projects, key control, and inspections
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
At least five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience
United States citizen
TS security clearance with eligibility for SCI, SAP, and SAR accesses. An Interim TS may be acceptable with approval from the JCER Director.
Desired Qualifications
Demonstrates competent writing and oral communication skills. Ensures quality products and services are delivered;
Proficient in project management software (Microsoft Project or other scheduler type of software); and
Development of repeatable, efficient processes for facilities maintenance
