What you will do in this role?

As a Project Manager for Affinity, you will manage both client relationships and projects. This particular role involves managing the development of an E-commerce Platform. You will be involved with and responsible for ensuring the E-commerce platform meets the needs of the business and is supportable by a small IT department. This is a hands on role which will require involvement in the technical as well as the business. Versatility and the ability to manage all aspects of the project will be key.


  • Leverage 5-10 years running high-end brand and technology projects leading applications teams utilizing Agile & Scrum methodologies

  • Previous experience owning an E-Commerce Development and application site design project, such as client facing ecommerce projects with various storefronts such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce, or other E-Commerce shopping cart platform

  • Facilitate new platform builds and releases.

  • Provide direction internally to manage technical custom feature development design across all platforms including mobile

  • Gather technical specifications using iterative enhancements through Agile project management approach in order to manage the entire Software Development Lifecycle.

  • Create and communicate analytics and status reports to executive team and clients.

  • Troubleshoot customer service solutions for existing clients and maintain positive client relationships.

  • Executive level verbal and written communication and presentations


  • Experience with Netsuite ERP products

  • Retail / B2C project experience

  • Knowledge of WordPress and / or WooCommerce

  • BS Degree

Job Description * Plans and coordinates the execution of pre-construction activities associated with the preparation for the building of new schools and modernization projects * Responsible for the scope, schedule and budget and overall success of multiple new and modernization school projects * Resolves complex planning, design and construction project-related issues, disputes and disagreements * Develops, assigns and monitors performance of Assistant Facility Development Managers (AFDM), Design Managers (DM) and Design professionals relative to assigned projects * Reports on project budget, schedule and issues. Provides information and analysis of project issues to Departmental, Branch and Board representatives. * Reviews status and overall planning, design and construction project progress relative to submittal schedules.
