Qualifications/Special Skills:

• Applicants are required to have 5+ years commercial glass or construction related experience.

• Ability to read, review and analyze project drawings for accuracy and value engineering.

• Competency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.), Sage software

• AutoCAD experience is a plus.

Essential Functions

• Create, coordinate and track RFIs, submittals, change orders and material orders for approval.

• Request and track shop drawings, samples.

• Prepare and monitor cost estimates and project schedules.

• Candidates must have effective oral and written communication skills, strong organization/time management skills, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies, and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Travel to local job sites and/or general contractor offices as required

• Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Pay/Benefits:

• $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
