Project Manager/Business Analyst

The Business Analyst position has a focus on producing and analyzing data for strategic initiatives and projects within Casa Colina. This position involves extracting and summarizing data to be utilized by the C-suite in formulating decisions to ensure the successful execution of initiatives that align with the hospital#s goals. This position will leverage Excel and business analytics skills to provide objective data to formulate business decisions and contribute to the overall success of the hospital.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

Bachelor#s degree required.# Masters preferred in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience in business analytics, preferably within the healthcare industry.

Strong Excel skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of healthcare, and in particular, surgical finances is preferred. Knowledge of Meditech software is a plus. Demonstrated project management skills#preferred. Salary Range: $80,000-$105,000 annually#
