This position is centered on improving the student experience and strengthening efficiencies in our partner and provider relations. With more than 80,000 English-language learners in over 150 countries, EnglishConnect has a need to develop a unique gospel-centered experience that can serve a diverse and growing learner population. The Project Manager/Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in helping the team achieve goals and milestones on time and on target.
Important: This is a part-time, student-employee position. It will be a hybrid position and may require occasional uncompensated travel to BYU-Pathway Headquarters in downtown Salt Lake City, UT. To qualify for this position you must be a current CES student and reside in either Utah or Idaho. The pay rate is $13.00 per hour.
Education/Academic:
Must be a current CES Student at one of the following institutions: Ensign College, BYU-Pathway Worldwide, BYU, BYU-Idaho, BYU-Hawaii
Minimum GPA: 3.0
Residential:
Must live in Utah or Idaho
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Skills:
Strong writing and communication skills
Responsible, reliable, and accountable
Able to complete projects thoroughly and on time with minimal supervision
Excellent project organization and management skills
Professionalism, ability to interface with high-level positions - work with different positions at ALL levels within the organization.

We are looking for an efficient Project Manager who can help lead out on projects within our department under the direction of their supervisor. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Coordinate between BYU-Pathway and English Connect teams to ensure efficient functionality
Participate in individual projects and lead out as directed
Suggest improvements and make recommendations to improve processes and procedures
This position will report directly to the program supervisor and suggest improvements and recommendations to improve processes
