Position Summary
The role of the Projecct Manager I reports to the Manager of the Project Management Team. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects related to healthcare services, infrastructure, and technology. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and contribute to improving patient care.
Essential Position Responsibilities
Collaborate with all positions within the project management team, as needed, to support project management function, including planning, development, execution, and monitoring.
Assist Project Manager IIs & IIIs to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks, as needed.
Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources.
Maintain accurate and complete project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and vendors to promote positive working relationships and ensure successful completion of all phases of project.
Assist in tracking project budgets and expenses.

Work Environment: This position will spend 80% of the time performing job functions within a standard office or clerical environment, sitting and access computer and other typical office related devices. This position will spend 20% of the time standing or walking, pushing or pulling up to 25 lbs.
