We are seeking a Project Manager & VoIP SME to serve as the EVoIP Implementation Lead supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Operations Center, within the Services Directorate. Duties are but not limited to providing leadership, technical, operational, risk management; funding strategy, strategic planning, support, and guidance to the Program Managers, and Senior Leadership within DISA, the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), and the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
  • Participate in weekly project meetings and providing suggestions and recommendations pertaining to various aspects of voice services.
  • Coordinate, track and or participate in efforts including the following:
    • Develop Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) and coordinate with Government project managers on the resolution of associated issues.
    • Track and provide project management schedules, costs, risks and performance items for voice service program and customer deployments and implementations.
    • Document risks and provide mitigations.
Required Clearance:
  • Active Secret clearance
Required Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and training that provides required skills and abilities. PMP strongly preferred
Required Experience:
  • 8+ Years in IT or DoD Project Management and/or PMO/Program Executive Office (PEO), or other technical PM forum

Apply SME knowledge of a national agency and CSS programs and processes to support information flow, presenting decision makers with data to enable effective utilization of resources. Manage directorate workflow processes, including task receipt and assignments, suspense requirements, task response, timeliness, and task closure. Assist with leveraging the client's capability to effectively respond to tasking and RFIs and conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure internal and external tasking and RFI responses are accurate, thorough, complete, and meet client established guidance and time lines. Work with 25 AF and Air Force Service Cryptologic Component task managers to facilitate information flow and ensure effective task management, arrange and manage division video teleconferences and meetings, and develop and maintain program continuity files, Standard Operating Procedures, process documentation, and references. Arrange and manage division video teleconferences and meetings, develop, manage, update centralized division briefing slides, calendar items, and VTC schedules, and interact with AF leadership to ensure all aspects of the program meet staff needs. Assist executive staff with supporting client leadership, as required. Basic Qualifications: * 10+ years of experience with Air Force ISR intelligence or national agency and CSS cryptologic operations * 4 years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook * Experience with cryptologic personnel and manpower management * Experience with supporting Service Cryptologic Component program managers or project teams to accomplish tasks in meeting mission requirements * Experience with developing, managing, and tracking task suspense dates * Experience with developing and managing electronic and hardcopy continuity files * Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph * HS diploma or GED Additional Qualifications: * Experience as an action officer at Air Force Group staff or higher level * Experience with the development, processing, and quality control of intelligence documents * Experience with program management or Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification * Ability to be self-motivated * Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills * Possession of excellent organizational, accountability, teamwork, interpersonal, data research, analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills * BA or BS degree preferred; MA or MS degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
