Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

The submitted candidate must be able to apply common knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas:

Minimum Required KSAs:

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management Principles, Understanding of methodologies like Agile,

• Scrum, Waterfall, and Lean. Familiarity with project life cycle, from planning and execution to monitoring, controlling, and closure.

• 7+ years of experience in Knowledge of how to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project success.

• 7+ years of experience in familiarity with quality standards and processes to ensure project deliverables meet expected quality benchmarks.

• 5+ years of experience in project management software tools like MS Project, Asana, or JIRA.

• 3+ years of experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost management.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

• Ability to analyze situations, data, and feedback to make informed decisions. capability to adjust to changing project scopes, deadlines, and requirements smoothly.

• Ability to mediate disputes within the team or with external parties to maintain a positive working environment.

• Communication: Able to clearly convey information, in both written and verbal formats, to individuals or groups in a wide variety of settings (i.e.; project team meetings, management presentations, etc.).

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. (Required)
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP)
