In the role of Project Manager, you will plan for and ensure quality and timeliness of activities related to design, build and implementation of work product. You will participate in requirements elicitation, analysis of architecture, create and review design and contribute to activities related to estimation, staffing analysis & solutioning and risk planning. You will act as a mentor and support the project team in developing optimized high quality deliverables. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Location for this position is Peapack ,NJ. This position may require travel and/or relocation.

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

  • At least of 7 years of experience with Information Technology.



  • At least 7 years of experience of iterative development, preferably Agile methodology

  • At least 4 years of working experience on JAVA ,J2EE

  • At least 4 years of experience in project scoping, estimation and scheduling

  • At least 4 years of experience in Project Management and implementation.

  • Exposure to software development processes and methodologies.

  • Skills to leverage techniques to provide value to a team/enterprise

  • Knowledge of architectural frameworks and design principals

  • Ability to work in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with business and IT leadership. Expected to do status reporting for the work to client leadership.

  • Hands-on experience in Global Delivery Model coordinating, planning, tracking and reporting the offshore work.

  • Analytical skills

  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.

The Senior Manager MSQA position is responsible for performing cGMP audits and assessments of Pfizer sites, contract vendors and select suppliers and service providers. The Senior Manager MSQA will assess programs, processes and procedures, to assure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conforms to established standards and regulatory agency guidelines. The Senior Manager MSQA position is responsible for performing cGMP audits and assessments of Pfizer sites, contract vendors and select suppliers and service providers. The Senior Manager MSQA will assess programs, processes and procedures to assure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conforms to established standards and regulatory agency guidelines. This position leads audit and mock inspection preparation, execution and report, resolution of audit and mock inspection findings, and liaises with appropriate site and quality oversight teams through all stages of the audit. The Senior Manager MSQA develops and communicates complex ideas and may initiate and / or lead cross functional complex projects. This position contributes to enabling a culture of excellence and to the continuous improvement of the company's Quality Management System through engagement with Pfizer site audit teams, and by incorporating audit lessons learned across the Pfizer manufacturing and supply network. Quality: ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES As assigned, independently conduct, participate and lead audits and assessments of contract manufacturers, select raw material suppliers and service providers, Pfizer sites that are involved in the manufacture and distribution of API and finished product, as well as Pfizer Country Office locations that have Affiliate Quality Operations responsibilities. Assess adherence of auditee to relevant cGMP and regulatory requirements, Pfizer Quality Standards, Standard Operating Procedures, and Pfizer expectations including but not limited to: * Assess whether employees are properly trained for their responsibilities * Assess adequacy of facilities and equipment used for manufacturing and testing of materials and products * Assess compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements, Quality Agreement requirements, and Pfizer expectations * Assess and report weaknesses that could lead to non-compliant manufacturing and / or distribution of products * Assess the operations executed at the facility / supplier / contract manufacturer (e.g., production, packaging, testing, storage, distribution, supplier management) for their adherence to regulatory requirements, Quality Agreement requirements and Pfizer expectations * Communicate relevant Quality, EHS and business information to the facility / supplier / contract manufacturer in an effort to maintain and enhance the relationship between the audited entities and Pfizer * As assigned, aid the PGS site or applicable contract manufacturer in preparing for upcoming regulatory inspections * Applies technical knowledge to influence planning and design of cross functional projects * Interpret regulatory and business challenges and best practices to recommend improvements and / or solutions to cGMP or compliance issues at the audited entities Lead / participate in Pfizer audits at the facility / supplier / contract manufacturer. Responsibilities for this activity include but are not limited to: * Assist in scheduling the audit or schedule the audit * Assist in or lead audit preparation activities * Lead the audit execution, or actively participate in the audit execution as directed by the lead auditor * Assist in or lead the preparation of the audit report * Assist in or lead in the review of auditee's audit response * Perform audit follow-up activities as required or as directed by PGS leadership * In appropriate situations, initiate reviews through consultation and agreement with others, including subject matter experts Maintain the appropriate database with any relevant information pertaining to the facility / supplier / contract manufacturer audit. Maintain and expand current knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and other pertinent policies, procedures, and standards that could impact the operations at the facility / supplier / contract manufacturer. Liaise between the facility / supplier / contract manufacturer and the appropriate Pfizer groups, to ensure that any and all pertinent information that could have an impact on the auditee's or Pfizer's business (e.g., auditee's regulatory inspection activities or significant changes) are requested, provided and documented. Conduct and participate in due diligence site assessments as required to assess auditee's Quality compliance. Able to collaborate proactively with leadership, site personnel and subject matter experts, to enable a culture of excellence in independent objective audits and effective CAPAs. Additionally the Senior Manager MSQA: * Can effectively cope with change during an audit * Is able to lead a diverse audit team and effectively interact with personnel of multicultural backgrounds * Can relate to and has the ability to communicate and interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization * Anticipates potential objections and influences others to ensure appropriate outcomes * Knows how the business works by monitoring regulatory audit trends * Actively leads or participates in cross functional teams for significant and complex projects, and contributes towards outcomes that promote innovation and excellence QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 10 years of progressive, challenging experience in biopharmaceutical / device industry required, inclusive of Quality Control / Assurance, Manufacturing and cGMP auditing (may include Product Development), including: * Experienced in operational risk and compliance management, including experience in Quality auditing across a variety of product types and dosage forms (e.g., sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical drug products, biologics, combination products and medical devices), materials (e.g., registered starting materials, APIs and excipients) and services (e.g., laboratories) at Pfizer facilities, suppliers and contract manufacturers * Must understand a variety of quality / operational systems that are in the scope of supplier and contract manufacturer audits and quality supply chain management * Has a good understanding of relevant regulatory and audit frameworks that apply to biopharmaceutical operations, in-depth knowledge of cGMP and regulatory expectations, familiar with other GXP concepts and global regulations (e.g., FDA, EU, TGA, PIC/S), and must be capable of understanding and reacting to business and regulatory trends * Understands cGMP requirements (Pfizer Quality Standards, local regulations, and regulations where the material / product is marketed), practical understanding of the facility operations, and is able to communicate effectively in order to influence desired outcomes * Is qualified in three or more of the following technical skills: sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical drug products, biologics, combination products, medical devices, analytical and API. Recognized Auditor certification preferred * Critically evaluates information from the facility and the audit team members and makes clear recommendations, and is able to propose potential solutions * Must be adept at managing multiple tasks and changing assignments based on changing priorities. Is willing to proactively propose tasks as needed * Good organization skills for audit preparation, audit conduct and audit tracking, as well issuance of audit reports aligned with MSQA audit metric targets * Has the ability to recognize symptoms of problems or situations that require further evaluation, analyze symptoms to determine potential causes and suggest possible corrective actions. Can independently determine when input from subject matter experts is necessary in order to support these activities * Ability to work independently and work well in a team as a lead auditor or participant, and an effective communicator to peers, Quality leaders and managers inside and outside the company * Actively works to achieve a balanced audit plan, and is supportive of urgent audit requests and flexible to changes * Able to write audit reports to reflect the required style and content, with findings levelled appropriately, and applying 'write right' and 'right first time' principles * Ability to conduct ad hoc Quality assessments (e.g., data integrity, due diligence) as required to support business needs * Ability to lead or participate in significant business related cross functional projects and contribute to innovative outcomes PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to travel domestically and internationally on a frequent basis.
