  • The US HP Commercial Marketing, Personal Systems team is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead our ABM campaigns.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to play a key part in the Digital Transformation initiative that is central to the future of HP.com, our marketing partners, and HP consumers around the world. Being able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask will be crucial to being successful in this integral position.

  • For the US Commercial Marketing team, lead project management that drives on-time campaign execution and delivery.

  • Identify, analyze and implement efficiencies that enable this objective.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize fundamentals of project management to manage the schedule for getting to deliverables (e.g. briefings, delivery of assets)

  • Set up Scrum / Swarm meetings and use daily Agile / NMBL management to drive progress to schedule. Work with agencies and HP campaign and product managers to address issues that inhibit delivery.

  • Manage the complexity of when reviews need to happen, who participates, objective of the review, and the results. Make alternate plans when necessary to keep work moving.

  • Keep agencies accountable in a cooperative fashion. If delivery is in jeopardy, develop contingencies.

  • Work closely with HP management to ensure alignment with their expectations and then keeping them informed of progress.

  • Raise visibility to issues as they emerge. Escalate unresolved issues.

Core Competencies:

  • Understanding of the campaign development process and the marketing disciplines involved

  • Agile project management and the applicability and adaptation of those tools/skills to the marketing environment

  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements, ongoing

Experience

  • Agility in working with Confluence, Jira, SmartSheet, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel under time pressure

  • Ability to listen, not dominating the conversation, and communicating/presenting succinctly and to the point

  • Ability to keep details organized

  • Ability to organize and facilitate meetings with broad membership

  • Experience in managing projects for B2B/Saas marketing

  • Recent graduate (BS or MBA) is a must

The Marketing Project Manager for Medicaid marketing is responsible for supporting marketing and marketing communications by developing marketing strategy and project support throughout the lifecycle of a campaign. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: * Provides strategic counsel on digital best practices and tactics that align with brand objectives/goals. * Develops and manages project timelines which include developing and tracking projects and campaigns, building and managing issues and action logs and identifying potential roadblocks. * Supports job intake and monitoring, and the documentation and development of SharePoint sites, job intake forms and material catalogues. * Develop requirements, data grids and segmentation strategy through the efficient handling of complex data sets. * Develop digital communications in a content management system. * Develops functional specifications and requirement documents by composing clear, high level business requirements and campaign workflows, and participating in detailed system requirements sessions with IT, vendors, marketing operations and other business partners. * Monitors print and email delivery auditing and reporting, as well as online activity tracking reports. Requires a BA/BS; 5 years of experience in a related field; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred * Ability to report, manage and analyze data in Excel, MS Access a plus. * Intermediate to advance level proficiency in MS Project and/or JIRA project management tools. * Familiarity and background managing projects in a marketing/marketing communications operations environment. * Experience with content builder and email management platforms. * Experience tracking and reporting marketing communications. * Development of InfoPath or similar intake forms, SharePoint sites and material catalogues.
