The Project Manager plans, manages, creates and executes the delivery of marketing materials and resources for new, existing, and prospective employers of University Partnership program.

They create content and leverage technology to support employers during implementation, promote engagement with existing partnerships, and market services of the program to attract future employers. They are responsible for understanding the needs in each phase of the University Partnership process, prioritizing delivery dates, effectively communicating during each phase, aligning departmental strategy with execution of deliverables.


  • Collaborate with Development Managers to create personalized landing pages for use by their staff; provide training Regularly produce various written content, including email, social media posts, blogs and newsletter submissions Create content for presentation delivery and marketing collateral used by Development Managers and existing employers Implement, manage and troubleshoot departmental software to create efficiencies and improve communication among the Business Development team Analyze employer program usage and departmental trends to anticipate future needs; provide departmental reporting Manage the day-to-day communications and assignments with external and internal stakeholders, including third party vendors Other projects and duties as assigned


Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or related field 5 years of project management experience Experience with the implementation and administration of project management or other software services

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Candidate will provide program management support for the Navy's Common Submarine Radio Room (CSRR) Program, which provides all submarine classes with secure, reliable communications and effectively manages, controls, processes and disseminates C4I information. This work is in support of SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic and other stakeholders such as PEO C4I, PMW 770 Undersea Integration Program Office, and the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC). The candidate will be responsible for all facets of the program for SRC, including program execution (financial and technical), team building, and technical leadership. Primary duties will include: * Analyzing program and technical requirements * Overseeing the execution of all contracted tasking * Providing programmatic and technical guidance to the CSRR team * Responding to Government RFI's and RFP's * Reporting program status to SRC leadership; as well as hiring, developing, and maintain the SRC staff * Expanding the scope of the SRC team in their support of PMW 770 and NUWC * Identifying and capturing new opportunities to diversify the program's customer base * Working across SRC in support of achieving the goals of the SRC ISS Division * Provide guidance to the Government on developing, integrating, deploying, and maintaining communications systems for undersea vehicles * Provide guidance to SRC staff and Government customers to successfully achieve all goals and meet all expectations in accordance with established DoD standards, regulations, guidelines, policies and procedures * Lead a team of integrated logistics professionals and subject matter experts responsible for the installation, test, and maintenance of all CSRR equipment and software * Inherit and supervise a team of approximately 20 employees Scientific Research Corporation offers a competitive salary, an extensive benefits package and a work environment that encourages excellence.
