This position is responsible for providing direct project management for the Transmission Line Engineering team located in the Northeast Region. The goal of the position is to directly manage multiple projects across multiple clients, and grow the T&D business within the Northeast in a dynamic and profitable manner based upon Burns & McDonnell's core values of safety, client satisfaction, commitment, dedication, integrity, and overall outstanding service. This position provides a unique opportunity to directly manage projects, provide leadership to the project team, support regional growth of the transmission line group, and provide key input into long-term business planning as well as the future vision of the organization.
The Project Manager will be at the forefront of continued T&D growth. Since 2018, Burns & McDonnell's T&D engineering business has doubled in the Northeast. Based on this successful growth, opportunities, and available resources in the Northeast, Burns & McDonnell is strategically seeking a highly motivated Project Manager and leader to execute transmission line projects in this region and assist in the continued development and growth of our team.
The candidate is an engineering project manager with design experience in transmission lines and related fields, extensive industry experience, and strong leadership ability. The candidate has a strong working knowledge of project financials, scope, schedule, and risk management with a history of success. The ideal candidate should be able to manage transmission line projects for major accounts with large multi-disciplinary teams.

Compensation Range:
$145,000-225,000
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local/state regulations. The expected compensation range for this position is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience and work location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate in our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.
