Posting Job Description


Responsible for leading project activity within the Corporate Physical Security space. This includes effectively managing a full range of stakeholders, driving projects successfully towards defined and agreed results, promoting project success and reporting metrics.


  • Manage the overall planning, control, status reporting, stability and delivery of projects to ensure delivery of plan on time, cost, and quality

  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned projects and gains consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful implementation

  • Establishes project management processes and methodologies to ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet high quality standards and Leadership expectations using the appropriate tools

  • Meets with internal customers of an assigned project to provide consistent status updates and reports and gather project-related feedback

  • Responsible for handling multiple projects simultaneously as well as managing cross functional project teams to ensure milestone achievement

  • Tracks costs and performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met

  • Proactively identify project risks and define mitigation plans. Report project progress/ risks and issues to relevant decision bodies at an early stage

  • Provide Tier 2 support for technical issues with Physical Security systems and functionality (i.e. RS2, Salient, etc.)

  • Performs other duties as requested


Skills /Abilities and Knowledge

  • Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in-person , on the phone, and by written communication in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner

  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments

  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members

  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills

  • Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively influence without direct authority

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to professionally represent the project status to Leadership Team

  • Experience with Smartsheets preferred

  • Excellent time management and follow-up skills

  • Detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptive to internal processes and change, delays or unexpected events

  • Understanding of the complexities of software and networking; how the systems work together and requirements necessary to drive change management within a digital, data driven environment

  • Ability and willingness to work extended hours, including overtime & weekends to support technical issues


  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience

  • Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum preferred

  • RS2, Vanderbilt and /or Salient certification or certificate of training preferred
