As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the execution of new product development from ideation to commercialization. You will develop project plans to ensure projects are completed within scope, time, and budget while meeting or exceeding cost and quality specifications. As the project manager, you will play a critical role to our success as the point person responsible for the successful delivery of key new products to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple end-to-end strategic projects across all multiple product lines and channels

  • Lead cross-functional team and reviews (marketing, product management, engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, finance, legal, and other teams) to complete projects on time and within budget meeting cost and quality standards

  • Prepare and present project updates to staff and executive management including budget review.

  • Develop, monitor, and control project schedules with proactive risk mitigation and issue resolution.

  • Ensure project deliverables and tasks are appropriately resourced

  • Ensure project teams are working through the right problems and tasks to achieve the project's goals

  • Takes corrective actions as required to deliver complete scope, at desired quality, cost targets, on time and within budget for own projects. Effectively manage change as needed


  • B.S. degree in Business, Engineering, or related degree

  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in a Product Development environment

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical product development lifecycles and manufacturing practices

  • PMP Certification preferred

  • Experience in working within variety of Project Management methodologies including Waterfall, Phase-Gate, and Agile

  • Advanced communication, negotiation, conflict resolution capabilities

  • Proven ability to engage and motivate cross-functional groups

We have an immediate need for a self-motivated project engineer. The primary responsibilities will be to oversee automotive tooling programs from prototype through production start-up. </p><p><br></p><ul> <li>Exceptional attention to detail</li> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Evaluate customer requirements and develop tooling plan, timing and cost</li> <li>Oversee and assist with tool design, fabrication, and implementation of tooling into the manufacturing process.</li> <li>Participate in tool design and program management reviews/approvals. </li> <li>Source suppliers and interact with suppliers on a regular basis to ensure that services provided meet expectations</li> <li>Monitor project schedules of suppliers and customer to ensure that projects are completed on time and according to design. </li> <li>Oversee tool trials and part runs at GS facilities and at customer sites</li> <li>Coordinate tooling design changes/modifications and improvements. </li> <li>Rectify prototype and production processing issues related to molds and secondary equipment.</li> <li>Provide project status and updates to management on a periodic basis</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>BS in any Engineering field; Minimum 3.0 GPA</li> <li>Tooling and mold experience preferred in thermoforming is a plus</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. CAD experience preferred.</li> <li>Self-motivated and ability to work with individuals and customers at any level</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. </li> <li>Ability to work extended or unscheduled hours when needed.
