Project Manager

Our client is looking for a talented Project Manager to join their team! They are a nationally respected creative and branding agency specializing in direct-to-consumer marketing. We lead with big ideas—driven by smart strategy and insights—delivered through polished execution that moves people emotionally, then moves them to action.

As a Project Manage, you will be part of and support a tight-knit team of strategists, account managers, research/data analysts, copywriters, and designers. In this position, you'll focus on managing work that fuels brands every single day.

Responsibilities:

• Internal Support: Play a pivotal role in serving clients’ needs by overseeing project execution, ensuring timelines are met, and facilitating seamless and effective communication within the agency.
• Project Planner: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring all tasks are identified and deadlines are met.
• Timeline Manager: Manage project timelines, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions.
• Team Support: Support team by developing meeting agendas, taking meeting notes, proofreading, setting up meetings and communicating with the internal team.
• Organizational Wizard: Apply exceptional organization and time management skills to oversee projects and to keep them running smoothly and on deadline.
• Knowledge Keeper: Participating in and documenting discussions during client meetings and conference calls.
• Feedback Facilitator: Communicate client feedback to creative and copy teams.
• Proofreading: Apply obsessive attention to detail to check and approve all work produced and coordinate the client’s approval.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-4 years of experience at a marketing or advertising agency
• Prefer experience in direct response, both digital (website, email, mobile, SEO and social) and print (direct mail, catalog and space ad)
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of organization
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to travel around the country to client meetings and events
• Energetic, friendly and resourceful personality with a positive attitude and passion for learning
