Seeking experienced Project Managers for a growing Educational company in the north western suburbs. The Project Manager serves as a first point of telephone contact for product support of all online, software, web-based and custom contract products in the receipt and handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations. This position requires a solid foundation of providing information, instruction and/or resolving technical related issues to personal computers, networks, internet/web based applications use.

Project Manager Duties:
Customer Telephone Support Receive, respond to and resolve continuous inbound customer calls on all products during the hours of assignment. Provides information, instruction and/or resolves technical related questions regarding the use of online, web-based products, and custom contracts. Participate in twice annual outbound call campaigns.
Performance Management- Track and manage customer deliverables by utilizing processes and tools. Enter customer orders accurately, ensure files are formatted properly and all required items are received for final delivery and billing.
Relationship Management- Manage communication and build relationships with external customers and internal delivery teams.
Provide project leadership within Customer Service by sharing best practices and lessons learned, and by training and mentoring other employees. Ensure all participants are aligned to the same goals and understand the criteria for success, as well as contract and system requirements.
Thorough knowledge of current online platform and tools.
Responsible for executing shelf scoring tasks in the most cost-effective manner possible.
Has direct impact on customer satisfaction as it relates to successful delivery.

Associate degree in technology, computer science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At minimum, two years experience working in a contract or project management environment.
Demonstrated success in the ability to effectively communicate verbally by influencing and managing customer expectations, emotions, and escalations required.
Effective written communication skills that present thoughts in an organized and concise manner including the use of appropriate grammar, sentence structure, spelling, and punctuation required.
Proficient use with Microsoft products, Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with a plus.
Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work load that ensures customer commitments are met that includes multi-task requiring the use of multiple applications concurrently.
Experience working in a team environment in which team members support others to achieve overall department goals.
Bachelor s degree in education, technology, computer science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Hours and Pay:
These are long term contract positions Monday

  • Friday from 8am

  • 5pm. Pay would be $19 per hour.

Job Responsibilities: * Deliver technical support of Core Technology Sector, in addition provide subject matter expertise on system integrations. * Mentor and assist in the support of new and existing technologies as it pertains to Aruba switching and wireless products and similar technologies, whether it be from an on-boarding or a production Managed Service offering. * Engage with the MSC Management team whenever possible to influence the quality and manageability of the Core Technology Sector. * Ensure that technical documentation is made available and maintained to effectively troubleshoot customer issues. * Enhance customer expectations by meeting or exceeding those expectations to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. Requirements Job Knowledge/Skills: * Strong background in Aruba wireless and Aruba switching is required * Strong understanding of IP addressing/subnetting/VLSM and CIDR * An understanding of network routing protocols: EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, HSRP, NHRP, GRE, DMVPN, PAgP, LACP, VTP, CDP, CEF, VLANS, STP, TACACS, Radius, Netflow, QoS, 802.1x * Working skills with switching technologies/concepts (i.e. Spanning-tree, VLAN, 802.1q, SPAN, VACL and Etherchannel) * Good understanding of all ratified wireless network standards * A working knowledge of 802.1x, NPS, Certificate Authority is preferred * An understanding of policy based authentication using Clearpass is preferred. * An understanding of ClearPass OnBoarding (BYOD), OnGuard (Health Checks), & Guest Access is preferred. * An understanding of Aruba's Software Defined Branch offering is preferred * Good understanding of current network monitoring and management tools * Experience with Sniffer-type data analysis, filtering and diagnostics * Adept at determining and delivering solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction, focusing on customer experience as a top priority * Strong attention-to-detail, follow-up skills and results-oriented attitude * Good oral and written communications skills * Willingness to coordinate and work with others * Proven track record of successful planning, prioritization, and organizational skills * Active participation in after-hours escalation on a predetermined and scheduled basis Education and Experience: * Aruba Certified Mobility Expert (ACMX), Aruba Certified Switching Professional (ACSP), Aruba Certified Design Expert (ACDX) highly desired but not mandatory or similar/equal work experience * Aruba ClearPass certifications are desirable: ACCA, ACCP, ACCX. * Deep field implementation experience highly desired but not mandatory * Technical Certifications in Cisco, Juniper, or HP are a plus, but not required Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
