Roles & Responsibilities

• Must have a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in managing IT projects.

• Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience managing medium sized (25-50 person) contracts.

• Must have a strong knowledge and understanding of Information Technology and products, programs, tools, and processes.

• Must possess significant skills in attention to detail, and problem solving.

• Responsible for overall management of the contract including direct oversite of Tulsa contractor personnel, and oversite of the IT Project Manager.

• Manage and assign work to staff, provide onsite contact and interaction with government personnel.

• Ensures that projects are executed on schedule and in accordance with technical requirements.

• Prepares and conducts monthly program reviews including an assessment of project statuses, accomplishments, risks, and any problem areas.

• Implement quality assurance standards and procedures to ensure premium level service.

• Coordinates with the stakeholders to implement technical instructions, establish priorities, and provide on-going feedback.

• Ensure that all contractor personnel follow policies, procedures, guidelines and directives from the government agency, and Wyandotte Technologies.
