Provide release management support for various applications, operational, infrastructure and configuration changes.
Create and manage change tickets, playbooks, rollout plans and perform collision/impact analysis for releases using tools like ServiceNow, Confluence.
Manage the release process end-to-end, from the planning of release content through to actual release deployment to production.
Report out project's status to senior leadership and stake holders during weekly status meetings.
Drive the weekly governance call to conduct Release Readiness and Go/No decision for each milestone release.
Manage release process related documentation on Confluence and adhere to release approvals in case of deviations in release.
Maintain and track internal and external releases and release notes which include the baselines, Defect/stories included, known limitations.
Work closely with Product Management, Software Development and Validation team to achieve successful results.
Attend scrum ceremonies sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint reviews and retrospection of multiple scrum teams.
Manage and escalate project risks and issues as appropriate and establish success metrics for projects and ensure performance is tracked and measured.
Collaborate with the development team to support release planning, estimation, and delivery processes using Agile methodologies.
Collaborate with Disaster Recovery to periodically test the DR environments.
