Project Manager (Surveyor)

• Position: Project Management Supervisor
• Location:Warren. NJ
• Purpose of the Position: Join our dynamic team as a Project Management Supervisor under the general guidance of the Branch Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations and management of current projects, focusing on areas such as project coordination, business growth strategies, financial oversight, and team development.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure top-quality control for all survey-related documents and oversee comprehensive project management activities.
• Lead weekly updates on project progress to stakeholders and the management team.
• Spearhead business development efforts, promoting our integrated business model through effective communication and client engagement.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring profitability and efficient billing and collection processes.
• Foster staff development and maintain high company standards and presence in the market.
• Develop and maintain robust client relationships, exceeding expectations to solidify our market leadership.

Requirements

• Qualifications:
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in surveying, with a strong background in business development and team leadership.
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is highly desired.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with clients and team members at all levels.
