Job Description

Overview:

As a Project Manager level II, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating distribution projects within our manufacturing company. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Project Execution:

• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures.

• Coordinate with logistics teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth product flow.

• Track and report project performance against key metrics.

• Communication:

• Maintain effective communication channels with all project stakeholders, including team members, management, and external partners.

• Provide regular project updates and status reports.

• Risk Management:

• Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans.

• Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

• Team Collaboration:

• Foster a collaborative work environment and support team members in achieving project goals.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related field.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana).

• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the manufacturing industry.

• Knowledge of transportation and warehousing operations.

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $69k - $90k and will be based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and education.
