• Bachelors/Masters in Civil Engineering with focus on Structural Engineering

• 2+ years of experience in Structural Engineering

• Experience working on building structural engineering-residential/ vertical projects

• Design experience should include: Structural Steel, cold formed steel, commodity and engineered lumber, masonry, aluminum, concrete foundations and retaining walls

• Experience with structural analysis

• Experience performing site visits/walk throughs before and after construction

• Proficiency in AutoCad, Risa-3d, and RAM

• Ability to work on multiple projects at once

Job Description:

• Site walk throughs/ field work for existing conditions

• Conduct structural analysis and design for custom single family residences, structural repairs, building structural renovations, new construction buildings, and specialty structural engineering for steel fabricators

• Prepare structural drawings using Autocad

• Conducting inspections and phase observations during construction

• Communicate with clients, colleagues, and contractors
