As a Project Manager on our team, you manage the planning, organization and implementation of projects that support the WW Professional Services Organization that may span across business units and functional areas. You are a creative go-getter full of ideas and can execute on those ideas in a fast-paced environment with excellent interpersonal, cross-functional collaboration and social skills.

You have a working knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices, and tools for administering projects.

You have familiarity with successful approaches and techniques for dealing with change; ability to adapt to a changing environment and be comfortable with change.

You can demonstrate your collaborative techniques and your ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive manner.

You know the importance of taking personal responsibility for assignments, decisions, and results, and focus on activities that have the greatest impact on meeting work commitments.

Job Requirements

  • Managing the full project lifecycle and maintaining compliance with PMO routines from initiation to project closure. This implies setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of projects.

  • Overseeing project processes and procedures; monitoring the productivity and performance of project team.

  • Ensuring adherence to project schedules and completion of project goals.

  • Preparing reports for upper management regarding status of projects; representing the core project team in read-outs.

  • Adhering to best practices as documented within the NetApp Strategic PMO.

Education And Experience

Typically requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 1 year and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience. Specific training associated with Project Management is a plus.

Typical courses include PMI sponsored (or equivalent) seminars, webinars, formal courses, etc. Smartsheet tool familiarity is a plus.
