Project Manager

Staffmark is hiring a Project Manager in Claremont, CA. Join our innovative supply chain solutions team and take your career to the next level. We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to transform our warehouse operations through a hands-on role involving the implementation of a proprietary Order Management System (OMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS). Pay Rate: $40-$60 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the operations team and consultants on system design and acceptance.

• Support proof-of-concept and user acceptance testing; write and execute testing scripts.

• Manage the transition to the new system, maintaining punch/bug lists.

• Review and improve current DC/WMS processes for efficiency.

• Produce system documentation and training materials; train the operations team.

• Propose and implement warehouse efficiency improvements, including pick paths, location naming, and pick-and-pack procedures.

• Ensure accurate inventory in the new WMS at conversion.

• Keep the project on track, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: Experience, education, and/or training in implementing OMS or WMS systems.

• Industrial engineering education and/or experience is a plus.

• Prior WMS and/or OMS design and implementation work is a plus.

• Prior warehouse (pick and pack) experience is a plus.

• Ability to analyze data.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
