Job Overview: We are seeking to hire a Disaster Restoration Project Manager to oversee and manage restoration projects including damage from water, fire, smoke, mold and bio. While experience is preferred, we are passionate about the training and development of our employees. If you want to help people… we will train you!

• THIS IS AN IN PERSON POSITION. POSITION REQUIRES YOU TO BE IN OFFICE AND CONDUCT JOB SITE VISITS. *

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of disaster restoration projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to meet project goals.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies and safety regulations.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Assist in the development of your team members.

• A great Leader who is organized, motivated, a great attitude, and has a willingness to learn.
• Some management or project management experience
• A passion for helping people in their time of need.

Benefits:

• Base Annual Salary:$50 - $60k, depending on experience
• Impressive Monthly Bonus/Commission Structure - with the opportunity to earn up to an additional average of $3,000 per month or more!!!

Requirements

• A valid Driver's License with a clean record in past 5 years.
• Ability to pass background check back to age 18.
