PROJECT MANAGER (Full-Time / Los Angeles, CA)

ROSEWOOD is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager to manage large-scale, interactive projects from conception and design to development and implementation. The Project Manager will efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across multiple projects. They will manage client expectations, schedules, budgets, assets and scopes, while working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing initiatives to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate is driven and able to make decisions and solve problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


  • Manage ROSEWOOD process for each project to ensure all projects run on time and on budget.
  • Serve as the partner to the Brand Lead while being comfortable in an external client-facing role.
  • Manage, update and track against project timelines/milestones. Communicate any timeline changes to Brand and Creative regularly.
  • Work with Production to create production timelines and ensure a final spec list.
  • Proactively identify project conflicts and risks, and provide resolutions to ensure projects are running smoothly at all times.
  • Oversee project resourcing and time management across projects, interfacing with other project management leads to ensure team health.
  • Work with Operations and Production to ensure timely resourcing and make outreach to an external network of freelancers as needed.
  • Update Brand trackers weekly with team hours via FunctionFox.
  • Compile information for SOW / MSAs etc., including scope and project timeline/milestones.
  • Perform weekly project/retainer audits to ensure were staying on budget.
  • Manage expectations for client and internal teams, keeping in mind different points of view and incorporating them into an active project plan.
  • Schedule and attend all internal meetings, taking copious notes to circulate internally.
  • Maintain and organize all files and assets internally on G-Drive/ Server/ DropBox.
  • Own Trello experience and process throughout each project. Work with each department to ensure cards are moved, notes and feedback are added, assets are uploaded as needed.


  • 5-7 years of project coordination/management experience in an agency setting.
  • Proven ability to manage project budget, scope, resourcing, deliver on time and on budget.
  • Strong multi-tasker, able to juggle multiple campaigns at once all while tracking milestones, resource performance and account needs.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (Trello and FunctionFox a plus).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and highly adaptive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and proactively identify issues/obstacles and effectively create solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Experience in social/digital marketing and content production timelines and process.

VIEW JOBS 10/18/2020 12:00:00 AM 2021-01-16T00:00 Position Summary The Project Manager will work independently to lead the planning, scheduling, control, and effective coordination of a high volume of Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Infrastructure Projects through completion on a national level. Essential Duties * Engages with and develop favorable relationships with ABM's charging solutions partners, providers, contractors, utility operators and EV services companies * Supports the design and construction of EV charging facilities across North America * Directs all aspects of construction of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations including commissioning/validation and activation * Develops processes, protocols, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for executing and monitoring partner network charging & installation services, addressing performance shortfalls with partners when necessary * Ensures that all projects are competed timely in accordance with established quality standards and procedures. * Develops and implements policies that ensure completion of area functions. * Coordinates closely with related departments to maintain schedules and effect necessary revisions are required. * Reviews and approve contractor bids, RFI's, submittals and change requests. * Inspects or directs the inspection of work to ensure conformance to specifications, schedules, and safety regulations. * Ensures contractors receive site orientation and training and that all state/local code requirements and building permits, inspection and project close-out processes are followed. * Assigns, trains and directs and appraises all contractors * Achieves high customer satisfaction through effective communication of both technical and non-technical topics with all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing. * Exhibits project leadership, and effective decision making throughout each project and consistently deliver projects that meet all stakeholder requirements and are fully commissioned, qualified and ready for start-up/occupancy. * Ensure all safety regulations are closely adhered to; completes related documentation as required. * Perform other duties as assigned. * Job duties may be modified at any time. Minimum Requirements * High School diploma is required. * Associater's Degree preferred (applicable experience in lieu of degree will be considered) * Minimum five (5) years project management experience. * National Accounts experience, managing a high volume of projects is preferred. * Comprehensive understanding of EV charging infrastructure preferred (charging network operators, EV charging station manufacturers, utilities, renewable energy, smart city, battery recycling/re-use entities, and government agencies). * Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), Building Codes and ADA strongly preferred. * Strong understanding of engineering principles, procedures and standards. * Experience related to computer processing of costs and schedule information. * Well organized with strong planning. * Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, and proven track record of working independently. * Quality and safety oriented. * Government contracting experience is a plus.
