Local Robert Half partner is currently seeking an experience "a corporate level project manager" for a full time full-time opportunity. This position you will be working hand in hand with the CFO as well as many other departments, and various levels of staff. Your main duties will includes coordinating, tracking time as well as budgets for these projects. The projects will involve real-estate development, as well as capital improvement projects of all kind. Since this is at the corporate level "this is not" an on site construction project manager. However there are times that you might go on site, and work with subcontractors. This person must be extremely organized, and detail oriented; these projects will range from 50 million to 500 million in revenue. This person will be reporting to the Director/C-Level Executives.The ideal candidate(s) will have at least 5 years of Project Manager experience; PMP certification if desired however not required. Knowledge and use of excel (lookups and pivot tables) -Ability to work with developers and construction teams to create schedules, and key milestone for various projects
Work with accounting and finance to develop budgets, and monitor cash flow
