Project Manager / Roadway Engineer

Synerfac is looking for a Project Manager for our client in Portland, OR. Our client is a nationally recognized engineering and architecture firm dedicated to improving communities with practical infrastructure solutions and a concern for quality of life, safety and sustainability.

• Manage and lead transportation infrastructure design projects focusing on roadway/highway/bikeway and other facilities

• Lead the design and monitor task performance indicators such as budget, schedule, and risk

• Maintain quality control of the work product

• Mentor junior level staff and collaborate with Operation Leaders, Project Managers, and Professional Engineers across the firm

• Support proposal development and client relationship management Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET accredited civil or transportation engineering program

• PE registration in the State of Oregon, or ability to be registered with reciprocity Required

• 10 years of related roadway design and project management experience. Knowledge of ODOT design standards is a plus.

• Experience leading design tasks or serving as roadway design lead.

• Proficient in MS Office
