Project Manager - Retail Construction/Renovation

Extremely stable firm; vast majority of work from repeat clients Support structure with project assistant and coordinator on each job About Our Client My client at a glance: Track record of over 20 years in the market $80m/yr in annual revenue 75% of work is retail remodels, while the other 25% is ground up retail construction Leadership comes from top Wisconsin GCs Vast majority of work is negotiated National work (very little travel involved) Job Description Run retail construction projects ranging from $750k-$3m Develop detailed project plans and schedules, coordinating with all stakeholders to meet construction milestones.

Oversee the project's budget, managing costs, expenditures, and procurement while negotiating contracts. Manage daily site activities, ensuring work meets plans and specifications while coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards while implementing safety protocols.

Serve as the main client contact, providing updates, addressing concerns, and presenting progress reports. Identify and address potential issues and risks, developing strategies to keep the project on track and within scope.
