Project Manager - Retail Construction

Project Manager - Retail Construction Company Overview We are an award-winning, booming company that has quickly established itself as a market leader in the Construction Industry. Our 50-person company has had great success for over 30 years of being around along with working with some of the most well know Clients around the greater Pittsburgh metro.

We specialize in a very diverse portfolio of projects including Commercial, Higher Ed, Retail, Residential, Healthcare, etc. We are currently looking for a Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience with building Retail Projects. Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for our Retail Construction team.

The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of Retail Construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of retail construction projects from ground up to completion. Develop and manage project schedules and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met. Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for project management and documentation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety standards.

Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail Construction Project Management. Proven experience with ground-up construction projects. Familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam software.

Strong understanding of commercial construction practices and materials. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
