Job Description Luxury Custom Home Project Manager A leading Construction company is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and lead their field team. This is a great opportunity with a leading builder to build luxury, custom homes.

If you are a Project Manager who can reliably deliver projects on time, on budget and that surpass client expectations, let's talk. Project Manager Key Responsibilities: Oversee residential construction projects from start to finish.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. Manage construction and purchasing teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Supervise trades, subcontractors, and employees.

Utilize extensive product knowledge for material selection. Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors. Monitor project progress and perform quality control inspections.

Collaborate with clients to meet their expectations. Project Manager Qualifications: 5-10 years' experience as a Project Manager in high-end residential construction. Proven track record managing $2-$5 million residential projects.

Strong knowledge of construction materials and processes. Experienced with procurement and working in the field. Excellent negotiating and leadership skills.

Proficiency in construction management software.
