4over is seeking a skilled Project Manager to spearhead pivotal initiatives, directing cross-functional teams towards the successful deployment of our company's ERP solution. What you'll be doing as a Project Manager:

The Project Manager is responsible for leading critical initiatives and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive the successful deployment of our company's ERP solution.

Schedule: Primary schedule will be 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, or similar. US Based Remote.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000/annually - dependent on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive project plans for the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution, setting and tracking milestones in close collaboration with IT, Finance, and other involved departments.

  • Ensure clear and timely communication across various departments, providing updates on project status to maintain alignment and efficiency.

  • Proactively manage project interdependencies, resource allocation, risks, and issues; adept at resolving conflicts and planning optimal project trajectories.

  • Build high-level program plans for the implementation of a comprehensive ERP solution that synthesizes smaller project components into a cohesive strategy.

  • Employ agile project management methodologies tailored to the unique demands of an ERP system implementation to ensure project success.

  • Handle multiple, complex projects simultaneously, prioritizing according to shifting business needs and ensuring resource optimization.

  • Lead and support project teams, fostering a communicative and efficient environment as the central liaison among stakeholders.

  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of project management processes.

  • Disaggregate deliverables into actionable tasks, consistently aligning the team with status updates and adjustments.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Five (5) or more years of project management implementation experience.

  • Three (3) - five (5) years of NetSuite experience, specifically around the Financial Module.

  • Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.

  • Strong MS Office skills, especially in creating detailed reports and presentations with MS Project, Excel & PowerPoint.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead geographically dispersed teams in implementing complex solutions.

  • Familiarity with Jira and/or Confluence as tools to track and manage project deliverables.

Preferred

  • Background in e-commerce, management consulting, or related fields that interact with ERP systems.

  • Conversion project from Navision to Netsuite.
