This Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing a small project or phase(s) of a larger project.

  • Serving as in-house project consultant to the administrative and clinical leadership of the Hospitals.

  • Facilitating and coordinating analytical support to operational and clinical resource analysis and benchmarking initiatives and advising on issues related to process improvement and cost management.

To qualify, you must have:

  • The knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts acquired through completion of Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Science, Business Administration or related field. Minimum of three to five years relevant experience.

  • Preferred: Master's degree related field, one year experience managing multiple highly complex projects and Project Management Professional Certification or other relevant certification.

  • The ability to effectively manage multiple demands and projects and/or proposals simultaneously within assigned department/division and to persuade and negotiate with peerlevel department heads and/or with external agencies/facilities on issues and programs that impact assigned department as well as several other large departments/divisions.

  • Advanced knowledge of PC-based software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and manual and web-based applications for collecting/ reporting data

  • Demonstrated ability to lead quality improvement and/or process improvement activities. For research efforts, ability to lead and conduct basic secondary research (e.g., literature reviews) and advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Requirements The Senior Manager, Regulatory Operations will contribute building and be responsible for maintaining a global, lean, state-of-the art Regulatory Operations system and department. This includes: * Contributing to select and leading the implementation and maintenance of new company regulatory operations systems (e.g. publishing system, eDMS, SPOR database, regulatory tracking database) * Management of Regulatory Operations resources internationally (internal and external) * Proactively plan all regulatory operations activities globally; ensure they are conducted on time and with the highest quality level * Be the reference person for all technical regulatory operations questions, especially those related to submissions to US FDA (IND, BLA, …). * Hands-on formatting, publishing, performing QCs, submitting and archiving the regulatory submissions * Developing submission management support to Regulatory Leads i.e. assisting the Regulatory Leads in preparing regulatory submission packages, gathering necessary source documentation for regulatory filings and documenting them appropriately, keeping track of the planning / progress of regulatory submissions, elaborating retro-planning and alerting the team for submissions to come Job Requirements & Education The regulatory group is looking to hire an experienced individual who has a proactive attitude and can lead their colleagues build a top-notch regulatory operations department. Planning and execution capabilities, as well as flexibility and autonomy are essential in this group due to the size of the team and the variety of work that the team manages on a global level. The ideal candidate would have the following academic and personal attributes: * Education to Bachelor's/advanced degree level in a scientific discipline * Strong prior experience within regulatory operations at large i.e. from document creation to publishing and submission and eDMS management * Proven experience in the installation of new regulatory operations systems, in particular a new eDMS and a new electronic Publishing system * Line management experience * Project management experience * Strong knowledge of regulatory submissions format and structure (pre-MAA/BLA; MAA/BLA; post MAA/BLA) * Effective organizational administrative and planning skills * Analytical approach to work with excellent attention to detail * Ability to work across different projects in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work with remote teams, with an international mindset NOTICE TO ALL APPLICANTS: Orchard Therapeutics participates in E-Verify RECRUITERS All employment offers and CV's are managed through our Human Resources Department and all candidates are presented through this avenue.
