Path Construction Company seeks a qualified Project Manager to join our organization in the Chicagoland area. We are a rapidly growing general contractor headquartered in Arlington Heights, IL with projects and offices throughout the country. The right candidate will have 5 years of project management experience in public owned commercial construction. Path is looking for people with great technical skills, good communication skills, and strong attention to detail.

Duties for Project Managers include: Leading and managing a project team in building a successful project, managing day-to-day activities of subcontractors and suppliers, contract administration, procurement, estimating, pay requests, change orders, requests for information, cost control, scheduling, tracking submittals, safety controls, maintaining and delivering a high level of quality.

Requirements

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture

5+ years construction experience, 3+ with Public Clients

Primavera/Microsoft Project scheduling experience

Occasional travel (1-3 days per month)
Estimating experience is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Looking for well-rounded and detail-oriented PMs who know all construction trades very well and have at least 5 years experience as a Lead PM on commercial type projects with a larger general contractor. These positions are full time traveling positions, meaning that PMs are expected to go from project to project as needed.
