The Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, fast growing environment.

  • Work with the cross functional team to develop and actively manage project plans. Manages resources and project schedule to meet deliverable. Maintains all reporting requirements as needed.

  • Ensure that teams are aligned on key dependencies, establishing risk assessment and timing of each deliverable.

  • Ensures all deliverable and commitments are met and the project is in compliance with relevant standards and methodologies.

  • Identify and call out missed milestones or risks that could impact launch timing, budget, resourcing or other project needs.

  • Orchestrates activities across all internal and external constituents and works comfortably with RF leadership to escalate and manage delivery challenges.

  • Proactively participate and contribute to PMO process improvement activities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years full lifecycle project management experience across new product development.

  • Prior experience in skincare, beauty, food or other related consumer packaged field. Manufacturing experience a plus.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and demonstrated ability to bring order and discipline to projects that engage many stakeholders and delivery partners.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to make good, timely decisions.

  • Passionate driver and relationship builder with proven experience engaging stakeholders across a variety of different functions

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to act as a change agent and to inspire others around an idea or vision.

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, or Science.
