About the role

Execute high-priority and complex projects by using project management skills and strong working knowledge of operational processes and procedures. Plan, manage, and deliver key cross-functional projects and streamline communication at all stages of the project life cycle.

What you'll do

  • Specializes in product development, accountable for product launches, working closely with the project team and cross functionally to ensure the project from ideation to launch.

  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, and implementation plans.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote communicate to ensure effective project execution.

  • Provide project updates and keep team and stakeholders up-to-date on progress.

  • Explore and implement best practices and standardized processes to ensure efficiency.

  • Use project management tools and techniques to develop and maintain project plans and timelines.

  • Work with the team to identify potential project-level risks and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Conduct weekly meetings to ensure deadlines are being met and projects are kept on target.

  • Work with the product owner to establish priority, allocate tasks, and coordinate the team to meet project targets and milestones.

  • Keep the department website updated.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive international business/relations experience is required.

  • PMP Certification is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills can effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.

  • 5+ years of project management experience

  • Must have knowledge of stage gate experience

  • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Requires strong organizational skills; must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task

  • Ability to meet deadlines, communicate questions and concerns, and search for creative solutions when needed

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 360 suite

  • Ability to solve practical problems and seal with various concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.

  • Ability to interpret various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, building positive relationships, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders and team members.

  • Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust plans as needed to accommodate changing priorities or requirements.
