Princeton Information is seeking a Project Manager for a major client @ St. Louis, MO
Job Description is as below:
This position will support the Corporate Procurement team by conducting various sourcing activities that will achieve the lowest costs while meeting or exceeding quality and delivery expectations of these customers.
This role will lead our conversion of our procure to pay system, negotiate contracts, work on special projects as needed.
The Project Manager must be able to communicate effectively with suppliers, procurement, legal, and all levels of management within the company.
Manage and lead the procure to pay system conversion.
Manage execution of contracts; Nondisclosure agreements, contract extensions, amendments, addendums and termination letters.
Supports multiple sourcing managers on various daily activities.
Enter contract requests into the Client intake RSAM program. Review and research projects within the RSAM system.
Supplies administrative support services and uses independent judgment in completing activities.
Work within the Oracle procure to pay system to manage procurement requests, create contract records and provide research support.
