Objective: The Project Manager is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients by assisting in executing, delegating and following up on work assignments. The Project Manager will facilitate daily communications with team members, clients, and customers.

Essential Functions:

  • Ensure that the contracted services comply with client expectations, program guidelines, and turnaround commitments. Provide daily status reports.

  • Receive, research, and resolve client questions and complaints when appropriate. Facilitate oral and/or written communications to ensure clients receive timely and efficient service.

  • Maintain necessary documentation related to communication. Review and identify potential client-related issues and proactively seek potential solutions; update manager as necessary.

  • Maintain client program information, the CRM system, and account records and ensure that current information is accessible to all team members. Write and evaluate client service order revisions and updates.

  • Communicate information regarding survey/work status, turnaround time, client status, and/or issues to Manager.

  • Write, review, and present change requests to Managers, as needed.

  • Oversee report quality, accuracy and data integrity. Create and produce ad hoc client reports upon request.

  • Administer client projects related to current business, special programs or new client requests.

  • Meet established performance expectations for quantity and quality of work performed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Intermediate PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office products; Outlook, Word, Excel.

  • Strong mathematical, spelling and grammar skills as demonstrated by successful completion of pre-employment tests.

  • Excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor a must.

  • Highly motivated self-starter.

  • Work effectively with minimal supervision.

  • Customer oriented attitude.

  • High attention to detail.


  • Minimum of two years' work experience in customer service, public relations or related field required.

  • Strong organizational skills are needed to manage multiple tasks/priorities.

  • Past work experience in market research preferred.

  • Experience working with assisted living or senior housing organizations is a plus!

About the Role As Project Manager, the Associate will assume the responsibility of managing projects from inception to completion, to produce jobs that are on time and on budget. The Project Manager produces estimates and writes purchase orders. They choose the vendors to complete the jobs and are responsible for ensuring gross margins are met on each job. They may depend on the client, provide branding and signage recommendations. * Organize, implement, orchestrate, measure, analyze, report and complete various project scopes of work on time, on budget and on task. Act as the nucleus of the company to ensure everything is completed per the project scope of work. Act as company spokesperson for the client. * Works directly with clients to determine their needs. Reviews company processes and adapts where necessary to best-fit the client's needs. * Interacts with Service Center staff to ensure client's needs are being met. Performs change management activities. Acting as a primary troubleshooter to address and tackle a multitude of various problems as they arise or are requested by the client or various stakeholders. * Builds the new business, using direct and indirect sales methods and the building of relationships.
