The Role

Project Manager

  • Pharmaceuticals

Working on major pharmaceutical programs located on the Greater Bay area.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing, controlling, monitoring and reporting of consultants, general contractors and a broad variety of stakeholders within our client's organization.

  • Monitoring appropriate project operating procedures and systems, specifically ensuring management plan is being followed and adhered to.

  • Ensuring safe project working practices are adhered to for all site personnel.

  • Ensuring that the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority throughout all stages of the project's life cycle.

  • Attending site progress meetings and report on weekly project and commercial progress.

  • Ensuring invoices and timesheets are submitted on time.

The Requirements

Your Experience, Knowledge and Skills Need to Include:

  • Previous work experience with a project/program management consultancy.

  • Background in pharmaceutical is essential.

  • Complete understanding of design, construction and cost programs.

  • Being an effective communicator, with excellent influencing and negotiating skills.

  • Use of Microsoft Office suite programs.

  • Ability to work in a pressurized environment.

  • Results and quality focused individual.

  • Detailed knowledge and appreciation of health and safety.


  • A degree qualification is preferred but is not essential.

  • Professional memberships are an advantage but are not essential.

The ideal candidate will have extreme attention to detail as well as the ability to multi-task and juggle priorities. The role requires someone who is able to organize projects effectively in a rapidly growing, fast-paced company. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills are a must.
