A Project Manager at Padnos is crucial in leading the development and execution of innovative technology implementation. The Project manager works closely within a dynamic team to complete several small to large projects. A Project Manager oversees multiple related projects within the organization to ensure they align with strategic goals and are executed efficiently. They coordinate resources, manage risks, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. A successful candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage complex initiatives.
Typical projects cycles will involve R&D, Scope definition, field work, conceptual and final design, coordination of fabrication, installation, and project start-up. The Project Manager will lead a project team and own vendor coordination necessary for project completion. They will lead meetings to solicit input from a project team, update project progression, and ensure the internal customers' needs are being met.

Accountabilities

Successful Project Completion: Your goal is to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the defined scope and quality standards.
Team Leadership: Project managers assemble and lead project teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration among team members. They motivate team members, resolve conflicts, and ensure everyone is working towards common project goals.
Stakeholder Satisfaction: Ensuring that the project meets the expectations of key stakeholders, including clients, team members, sponsors, and end-users, is crucial. Keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle is essential for their satisfaction.
Effective Communication: Facilitating clear and timely communication among team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties is essential for project success. Ensuring that everyone understands their roles, responsibilities, and project goals can help prevent misunderstandings and conflicts.
Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle is critical. Your goal is to minimize potential threats to the project's success and capitalize on opportunities that may arise.
Resource Management: Effectively managing resources, including human resources, finances, materials, and equipment, is essential for keeping the project on track and within budget.

Adherence to Schedule and Budget: Monitoring and controlling the project schedule and budget are essential responsibilities. Your goal is to ensure that the project stays on schedule and within budget constraints while making necessary adjustments as needed.

Completion of Rock Goals.
Development and execution of project schedule.
Development of project scope and budgets with stakeholder sign off.
Align schedules to reduce long down times.
Oversee fabrication of equipment ensuring quality.
Oversee installations while coordinating internal and external resources.
Manage multi-project teams for both IXL and Facilities and delegate tasks.
Cross functional leadership of project team.
Proactively assess project risk for delays, scope, budget, ect.
Communicate project requirements, details, and updates to project stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Proficient computer skills including Solid Works, Auto CAD, Microsoft Office.
3-5 years of experience in an engineering and or project management field.
Experience with conveyance, vision systems, sorting, and segregation
Proven success with large capital project execution
Ability to influence without authority, successfully guiding teams through project completion.
Proficient in risk and stakeholder management with a solution driven mindset.
