BlackRock Resources is on the lookout for a seasoned Oil & Gas Project Manager with robust Engineering experience to join our client's EPC team in Cranberry, PA. This is your opportunity to shine in a direct hire role where your expertise will lead to meaningful impacts.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the go-to portfolio manager and primary point of contact for clients and consultants.

• Oversee projects with a keen eye on profitability, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

• Manage resources, project scope, schedule, budget, and contractual requirements.

• Apply your extensive knowledge in standard engineering and construction models (A/E, EPCM, Design Build).

• Lead with confidence, ensuring the project team delivers on client expectations.

• Tackle project financials, pricing, and cash flow, while innovatively handling design and construction challenges.

• Contribute to business development and maintain excellent client relationships.

Who You Are:

• Holder of a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.

• Boasting 10+ years of project management experience in a consulting setting.

• Skilled in managing projects with over $1MM in annual service revenue.

• Experienced in complex Oil & Gas projects, with a good grasp of Midstream processing, Oil Terminals, and more.

• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.

• An excellent communicator with outstanding analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Business development experience.

• PE/PMP certification.

• Experience with safety and contract risk/liability management.
