As a Project Manager, you're responsible for NVR community homebuilding projects, ensuring high-quality home construction and on-time completion. Your innate business sense and leadership skills will help you oversee a large team and uphold NVR's best-in-class reputation.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Schedule and supervise sub-contractors

  • Conduct quality control inspections

  • Order building materials, manage community assets and site budgets

  • Update customers and sales representatives regularly regarding the progress of home(s) under construction


  • 3+ years of professional construction project management experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred

  • Strong time management & organizational skills

  • Current Driver's License

  • Customer relations experience a plus

Job Title: Project Manager Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Project Manager for a Department of Defense (DoD) agency supporting critical information technology and communications across a national infrastructure. * This position is contingent upon contract award. * Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Serve as site's primary point of contact available 24/7/365 who is responsible for work performance and has authority to address contractual issues. * Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs for electrical and mechanical systems for mission-critical, 24/7/365 data center environment. * Direct site operations, work schedules, and subcontractors and ensure work meets service demands, objectives, and quality and safety requirements. * Responsible for overseeing project staffing, performance evaluations, and disciplinary issues. * Meet regularly with Site Facility Manager and customer to discuss operations, performance, project work, schedule, and budget. * Develop and submit status and performance reports and evaluations. * Coordinate activities such as utility outages or other work that may disrupt the site with customer facility management, to include submission of maintenance outage requests. * Oversee project work for repair and replacement of equipment and systems, including estimate preparation, and ensure project meets schedule, budget, and scope requirements. * Update configuration management documentation for mechanical systems as needed. * Work with technical staff to perform adjustments to site infrastructure to meet Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) purposes. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or related field and a minimum * Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a similar mission-critical environment required, or 10 years of management experience in a similar environment. * Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain upon hire) required. * Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in project management in mission-critical data center environments for federal customers required, to include experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles, emergency power generation systems, building automation systems, plants, and IT operations. * Experience in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) applications, including Maximo, Nuvolo, and / or Nuvolo, desirable. * Experience in Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) (Nlyte) software desirable. * Experience in CFD software desirable. * Must be a U.S. citizen.
