Support the design and development of consumer-facing risk assessment products for our North American clients.
Participate throughout the software development lifecycle from initiation through testing and implementation, working closely with internal and client development teams.
Manage all phases of the projects while leveraging project management tools, agile methodologies, international standards like PMI and PMBOK, best practices and processes.
Deliver and own project outcomes that are aligned to established cost, timing, deliverables and scope.
Specify and meet project delivery expectations through stakeholder management and meet/exceed the project sponsor's specified expectations to ensure buy in and project success.
Proactively identify and track project risk and develop mitigation plans to manage risk (i.e. risk related to technology, change management, business process management, requirements management).
Ensure production of necessary project documentation.
Monitor project health continuously and develop innovative approaches to resolve problems and significant issues; involve management where necessary.
Assist with tracking and reporting revenue and expenses.
Maintain communication with Compliance Managers, document associated needs and escalate issues.
Maintain a professional relationship with various business units and global contacts both internally and externally.

In addition, we are looking for the following qualifications:
5-10 years experience of Project Management experience leading and managing a variety of projects.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
Experience in Life Insurance (Direct Carrier or Reinsurance) highly desirable.
Commercial awareness around insurance, underwriting and rule/decision engines.
Strong facilitation skills and the ability to communicate (verbal & written) at all levels with various internal and external stakeholders with clarity and precision.
Extensive experience in IT, preferably in application development and in-depth knowledge of the entire Software Development Cycle.
Experience managing projects that require integration between parties and systems.
Prior experience in agile project management methodologies like SCRUM as well as sound knowledge of project management techniques and methodologies like PMI, PMBOK etc.
Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of clients and key internal stakeholders; taking accountability; mobilize, motivate and lead teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; deliver tough messages with grace; execute with limited information and ambiguity.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting expectations.
Attention to detail and organization skills.
Skilled at customer relationship management.
Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project.
Experience with and knowledge of Azure DevOps.
Experience with software engineering best practices.
Agility to work across multiple internal teams and multiple assignments in a dynamic environment.
