Project Manager (non-technical) ATM installations, moves adds and changes with all ATM regulations, mitigates potential liabilities, and helps avoid penalties, sanctions or other legal punishment. The Project Manager (non-technical) is responsible for supporting and tracking projects through the project life cycle following PMI's methodologies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, presentation and writing skills are essential.

  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining policies and processes related to the various tasks outlined within the department.

  • Acts as point of contact and manages ATM projects greater than 35 locations as defined by management.

  • Manages less complex projects.

  • Works with various internal and external clients.

  • Creates and updates service calls and QuickBase records to include utilizing macros.

  • Assist with project reconciliation and invoice approval.

  • Notifies Project Manager of any conflicts associated with project tasks.

  • Identify and address all deployment issues in a timely manner or as directed by Management.

  • Assists with in-house research, pertaining to events or items in Core, Great Plains, Doc-Link and Service Provider databases/web portals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Focus driven on task/deadline responsibilities

  • Ability to work well in both a team setting and as an independent contributor.

  • Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests.

  • Preferred macro knowledge

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and/or REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 2-4 years with Customer Service and Project Management experience preferred in the financial industry.

  • Additional weekend and after hours work may be required on occasion.

  • Remote network access to be required on occasion, company laptop to be provided

  • Must be able to work in an environment requiring extensive telephone and computer work and be able to handle multiple issues simultaneously.

  • Requires strong communications skills, written and oral.

  • Must be team oriented with creative team building skills

  • Must be able to express and follow the company Mission, Principles and Procedures

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, quickly respond and prioritize between multiple demands.

  • Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Establishes and manages project plans across the dimensions of schedule, cost, scope, and quality. * Across multiple projects understands logical dependencies, identifies critical path, communicates and escalates key tasks to team members accordingly. * Responsible for proactively identifying variances to plan and developing appropriate mitigation plans. * Formulates corrective actions when project deliverables deviate from the work plan with the assistance of team members. * Identifies, solicits and documents specific project risk at initiation using various modes and questioning techniques. Proactively identifies, documents, and communicates risks throughout the project lifecycle, including gaining project stakeholder agreement. * Engages extended group of stakeholders in communications as appropriate. Validates appropriate level of participation and escalates where needed. * Tailors the level of communication based on the audience working with the project team to synthesize information. * Communicates escalations clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the project. * Recommend deviation from the standard process, if needed and gain consensus from stakeholders. * Records and monitors project actual and forecasted cost against the project budget. * Understands the financial implications of project decisions and can forecast the impact. * Actively seeks new skills and concepts and can leverage them to improve project deliverables and outcomes. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS * Knowledge of Agile or SAFe Agile recommended * 7-10 years of IT work experience, including 7 or more years of managing projects * Related certification preferred * Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems or Engineering; or equivalent work experience MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: * Competent Level Understanding of: * Waterfall methodology, values, and procedures * Complex projects * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail * Relevant business software (e.g. Microsoft Office applications, Clarity, MS Project) * Experience with EDI Projects or EDI technology is preferred. * Experience to handle multiple high priority projects is preferred. * Possess the ability to balance a willingness to engage with ideas different from their own, encourage others to express divergent perspectives, the capability to influence, conflict management, and teamwork. * Highly adaptable to changing environment. * Situational awareness of when to listen and when to be assertive.
