Responsible for the day-to-day operation and administrative activities to ensure conformance to contract requirements. Develops and implements cost control measures and level of service standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications / contract requirements for assigned building. Oversees inspections, quality control measures, and the inventory control of equipment and supplies for the assigned building.


  • Coordinate service activities for assigned building. Ensure that services are performed as contracted and at the intended profit margins.

  • Control supplies, equipment, and personnel necessary to meet customer specifications.

  • Interact with customers daily to obtain feedback on services and special needs. Troubleshoot potential problems and concerns.

  • Manage the company's quality control monitoring and safety programs at the assigned buildings.

  • Conduct quality of service inspections at assigned buildings.

  • Attend ABM training workshops when scheduled.

  • Develop operational improvement plans and implements process changes within assigned buildings.

  • Attempt to increase revenue by ensuring the Supervisors are looking for ways to provide additional or periodic services to the customers.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and all federal, state, and local government regulations.

  • Ensure that all paperwork, including terminations, labor variance action plans, and operational model is complete and accurate and is submitted to the district/hub in a timely manner.

  • Analyze and manage, in a proactive manner, both the financial and the operational performance of the assigned buildings.

  • Ensure that payroll is accurate and submitted to the appropriate payroll personnel in a timely manner and, when applicable, correct any payroll discrepancies.

  • Work with District Manager to develop an action plan for all invoices that are outside of the contractual parameters.

  • Manages and provides leadership to Supervisors, and Lead personnel assigned to the buildings.

  • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of personnel within the assigned building. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws.

  • Responsibilities include directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints, resolving problems, and terminating employees.

  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Maintains a professional appearance at all times.

  • Participates in scheduled department meetings.

  • Completes annual age-specific competencies.

  • Remains compliant with mandatory Hospital Education.

  • Fulfills TB, Immunization, and Employee Health Requirements.

  • Remains compliant with department specific education and skill sets.

Minimum Requirements



  • Associate Degree.

Job Knowledge/Experience:


  • Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a service/customer oriented environment.

  • Experience in cost estimating/pricing work.

  • Have a working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling/storage procedures.


  • 1 year of proven housekeeping experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting; experience in environmental services.
  • 1 year of supervisor experience in any industry.



  • Industry specific certification/licensure may be required.



  • Ability to accurately review and process data and attend to detail.

  • Ability to communicate in both written and verbal formats.

  • Must be able to write reports and business correspondence and effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and customers.

This is the chance to join a company working to provide non-opioid pain medications that may be appropriate for millions of surgical procedures requiring post-operative pain medication. Our Company: Recro Pharma, Inc. is a revenue generating specialty pharmaceutical company developing non-opioid therapeutics for the treatment of pain, initially for acute post-operative pain. Recro Pharma has two product candidates in mid to late stage clinical trials for the management of acute post-operative pain. Recro has completed multiple Phase II & Phase III clinical trials for IV meloxicam, a proprietary, long-acting preferential COX-2 inhibitor, in patients with post-surgical pain. . We believe IV meloxicam compares favorably to competitive therapies in magnitude of pain relief, onset of pain relief, duration of pain relief and time to peak analgesic effect. Dex-IN, a proprietary intranasal formulation of Dexmedetomidine, is currently being tested in Phase II clinical trials. Dexmedetomidine, or Dex, is a selective alpha-2 adrenergic agonist that has demonstrated sedative, analgesic and anxiolytic properties. If approved, Dex-IN would also be the first and only approved acute post-operative pain drug in its class of drugs. Recro Pharma owns and operates an 87,000 square foot, DEA-licensed facility that manufactures five commercial products that are commercialized by partners, and receives royalties associated with the sales of these products. The Position: The Acute Care Business Manager (ABM) will be responsible for achieving and maximizing territory and account sales goals through account management, high-level clinical proficiency and effective selling. The ABM will be the primary point of contact for Recro with key hospital influencers and decision makers across key functional areas including but not limited to surgeons, anesthesiologists, pharmacists and formulary committee members.
