In this role you will:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial constraints.

• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively implementing solutions for project success.

• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and resource utilization to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Facilitate effective team collaboration, fostering a positive and productive working environment.

• Stay updated on industry best practices, incorporating innovations into project strategies

• Manage client, company, and project team expectations by tracking project metrics and recommending adjustments based on performance

Basic Qualifications required:

• Fluent English and Dutch

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, IT, engineering, or related field preferred.

• Five (or more) years of project management experience.

• Proficiency in project management methodology, including budget development, planning, control, project management software, and finance concepts.

• Experience aligning with client vision, business objectives, and critical success factors, as well as delivery assurance principles.

You are the perfect candidate, if you have:

• Skills in estimating and common project management desktop tools

• Proficiency in multitasking and adept at swiftly transitioning between tasks

• Excellent communication skills on all stakeholder levels, as well diplomacy and skills to motivate your project team members.

• Strong leadership abilities to effectively coach, guide, and mentor junior team members

• Proficiency in establishing and nurturing both formal and informal professional networks

• flexibility to travel (within the country)
