Role Summary:Owns the project management and implementation process for GEHC Diagnostic Imaging, including sales order review, project planning, design/layout, contractor interface, submission of documentation, resource coordination, and issue resolution.

This is a remote position that may be located anywhere within the state of Michigan.

Essential Responsibilities:
1. Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity during the installation process.
2.Act as the primary liaison between GE, and the GE customer team. work closely with customers facility and General Contractors
3.Identify, escalate, and resolve issues, which might affect customer satisfaction and GE operational targets.
4.Work cross functionally with sales and services teams while owning the project management and implementation process for GEHC Diagnostic Imaging.
5.Participate in process improvement initiatives.

1. Bachelors or equivalent technical field experience; or equivalent (defined as High School Diploma/GED and 4 years progressive experience in a technical field or project management.) 2. 3 years experience in cross-functional product development / integration, product support, or project management. 3.

Ability to work effectively across functions to deliver results and execute multiple commitments within the Global Environment. 4. Multitasking abilities to drive critical issues simultaneously. 5. Resourcefulness, commitment, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

Desired Characteristics:1. Bachelor's degree and two years of project management experience; or an associate degree and minimum five years of Project Management experience.
2.Minimum two years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
3.Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple priorities to meet scheduled completion dates and customer expectations. Construction experience desirable.
4.Ability to multi-task, managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
5.Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in a matrix environment.
6.Ability to work effectively from a remote home office location.
7.Ability to work with and influence team members to achieve mutual goals.
8.Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications.
9.Legally authorized to work in the United States.
10. Must have a valid driver's license.

The OneStream Marketplace is similar to an "App Store," where our customers are able to use our Corporate Performance Management solutions. In this position, you will help plan, monitor, and report on the invention and maintenance of dozens of Marketplace solution releases per year across multiple teams. This position requires effective planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and contingency skills. Travel requirements for this position are quite minimal. RESPONSIBILITIES * Work with Development, Quality Assurance, Documentation, and Product Management teams to understand OneStream XF Marketplace solution features to properly size efforts and track progress. * Ensure that all processes are documented and followed, including standard check lists. * Work with counterparts on OneStream XF Platform team to ensure uniform standards are followed. * Assist in running daily scrum meetings, as well as attendance of requirements and design sessions. * Reduce lag time related to hand-offs, in the development process, by creating and monitoring dashboards in Team Foundation Server (TFS) related to information needed from stakeholders for coding efforts, creating work items, prioritizing work backlogs, and following up on these processes regularly. * Participate in other areas of the Agile development process, such as ensuring sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions are held on a regular basis. * Work with all parties to ensure that all pre-and-post release tasks are completed in a timely manner. * Assist management with regular resource planning and status reporting. QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE We are looking for someone who has been around web-based, multi-tiered systems, and has a firm handle on the software development lifecycle, specifically using the Agile methodology. You do not need to be an expert in financial reporting & budgeting systems, databases, programming languages, APIs and the like. However, previous exposure is expected to be successful in this realm. Formal Education and Certification * BA/BS Degree or equivalent practical experience, preferably with exposure to software development, Information Technology, Accounting or Finance. Knowledge and Experience * 5+ years of relevant experience, such as project management or Product Management in an enterprise software environment. * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. * Experience creating and updating project plans. * Experience working in an Agile development process. * Skilled using Team Foundation Server (or similar), Office 365 and Microsoft Project. * Skills that will set this candidate apart: * Familiarity with accounting terms and systems. * Experience with CPM domain: Financial modeling, data integration, consolidation, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning. * Experience with CPM applications is a bonus, such as: * OneStream * Oracle Hyperion * SAP * Other CPM solutions * Excellent listening, verbal, public speaking and written communication skills.
