Job Summary: Provide overall administrative and technical management on assigned project from bid preparation through final acceptance by client. Supervise total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, electrical codes & standards, budget, and schedule.
Plan, coordinate and supervise on-site functions (scheduling, engineering and material control) and may provide day-to-day direction of onsite administrative staff. Supervise craft employees by working closely with the on-site foreman. May have to supervise work of other contractors as required by the contract.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all project documentation including but not limited to correspondence, billing, purchase orders, change orders, submittals, schedules, etc.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field. Equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience is also acceptable. 7+ years construction management with emphasis in large commercial, healthcare or industrial projects required.
Previous electrical project management preferred. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods, codes); craft agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations; engineering, estimating, schedules and safety is required.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and complete projects on schedule & on budget. Advanced knowledge and skills in the use of various Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to use Accubid proficiently is preferred. Excellent communication and supervisory skills are essential.
